BRAND NEW: FORUM LIVE CHAT!

I've very excited to announce that we now have live chat available on
our forum! Although you might find someone to chat with at any time
of day, please try to visit on Monday nights at 9 pm ET.
We hope that having a weekly chat session will make it easier for us
to share ideas, update projects and...well, okay, talk about chocolate
and other important topics!

LoLA MEMBER PROJECTS

The Artists of LoLA poster project is finally progressing and it's
looking very impressive! We intend to have it printed soon and it
will be available for sale on the LoLA website.
I hope you'll consider joining us for future projects because it's a
great way to gain exposure (and profit!) as a LoLA member artist.
Will our next project be a calendar, a t-shirt or something else
entirely?

In the coming week, LoLA postcards will be mailed to members. (Along
with membership cards!) The postcards can be used to help promote our
fledgling group and also educate buyers on a few of the reasons to buy
directly from the artist.

Many have asked and the answer is yes, we're still on the waiting list
for an ad at LampworkEtc!
We could use your help updating the calendar at the LoLA forum, with
2008 show dates, classes, conferences and other dates of interest. It
would be much appreciated!
Do you have an idea for a charitable activity for LoLA members? We
continue to support The Hope Project, but are seeking other ways to
get involved in our community. Your suggestions are welcome!
